Is Happy Help trusted by hotels and luxury hospitality partners?

Yes. Happy Help is a trusted childcare and caregiver service partner for luxury hotels, serviced residences, and concierge teams across Thailand.

We regularly support hotel guests with:
- On-demand nanny services
- Short-term and emergency childcare
- Family and long-stay guest support

Our service standards are designed to align with 5-star hospitality expectations, making us a preferred external childcare provider for hotels that require discretion, reliability, and operational ease.

How does the booking process work?

Once you contact us, our team will take the time to understand your requirements, timeline and preferences.

We then:
1. Curate suitable Happy Helpers from our vetted network

4. Remain available for ongoing support throughout the service

This ensures a seamless experience for families, hotel guests, and partners.

Do you offer on-demand and short-term care?

Yes. On-demand care is at the core of Happy Help's service model. We support:

Longer-term arrangements are also available, but our systems are designed first and foremost for flexibility and responsiveness.

Do you also provide full-time or long-term placements?

Yes. In addition to on-demand care, Happy Help supports full-time, live-in, and long-term arrangements for families seeking ongoing support.

These placements are managed with the same framework- including careful matching, ongoing support, and replacement coordination- to ensure stability and continuity over time.

Will I be able to choose my Happy Helper?

Absolutely. After understanding your needs, we present a carefully selected shortlist and arrange interviews so you can confidently choose the Happy Helper who best fits your home, family or guest requirements.

We believe long-term success begins with the right personal and professional fit.

- The ability to pause and resume services within the year

This structure allows flexibility while ensuring consistent service quality.
